Attorney
Clay Pittman joined the Parker Law Offices in 2022 after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Salisbury, North Carolina for four years. Prior to receiving his law license, he was a Clerk for Judge Lou Trosch in Mecklenburg County, and an Intern in the offices of the Wake County District Attorney and the Commonwealth’s Attorney of Botetout County, Virginia.
Clay attended Washington & Lee University School of Law. While in school, he represented W&L in a national Mock Trial competition and served on the board of the school’s Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice. Prior to law school, Clay graduated from North Carolina State University, and worked on political campaigns across North Carolina.
Clay lives in Statesville with his wife Sarah, son Miles, and dog Beasley. He is an avid sports fan (Go Pack!) and enjoys camping with his family and playing bluegrass music.
